Why has my course progression reset?
In November 2021, we revamped both our learning platform and our shop to provide a smoother, and better experience to our learners from both Excel with Business and Skillsology.
If you are a customer that existed on our old platforms, you may have noticed that your course progression was not automatically brought over.
However, until the 31st of December 2021, you will still be able to access our old learning platforms, either for Excel with Business or Skillsology, and complete any courses you were in the middle of.
Once you have finished a course, you can get in touch with our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask them to set the courses as being complete in our new platform.
